Fully embedded:

NMP will assist you in the development of your in-house programme and work with you to develop your own people to deliver and assess your employees. Where require NMP can assist your people in the development of training skills and the achievement of the NVQ assessor award.

Part embedded:

Alternatively, we can mix and match our resources to provide you with the optimum delivery team. For example, you may wish to use in-house trainers but have NMP provide vocational assessors.
