STEP BY STEP

How we can support your school

STEP 1

Career Talks

We take lessons, conduct assemblies and convey all the fantastic opportunities that an Apprenticeship could put before them.

 

 

STEP 2

Information, Advice and
Guidance Workshops

We find out what career could suit our applicant’s skills and qualities and how they could pursue it.  We offer CV and cover letters workshops.

 

STEP 3

Mock Interviews

We conduct mock interviews with young people in Key Stage 4 and 5, as a way of calming their initial fears. This is a proven method in increasing young people’s confidence, self-esteem and preparing them for the working world.

STEP 4

Attendance at 
Events

3aaa Apprenticeships have industry experts who can be booked for events to discuss further education options, provide industry knowledge or to provide career support to young people.
