Leading the development and delivery of the HR and OD strategy across 3aaa driving organisational change and improvements across recruitment, retention and reward of employees.
Your Background Prior to 3aaa
My background is as a HR Director with over 30 years’ experience and a record of success in diverse commercial sectors, having worked for businesses such as Trinity Mirror Newspapers, Premier Foods and St Andrew’s Healthcare. My role aims to add value by developing the organisation’s people strategy so that our employees are engaged and provide a great customer experience to our clients and learners.
What are your interests outside of work?
I’m an active family man and an avid follower of many sports – in particular a long suffering Spurs supporter for longer than I care to remember!
