About your role at 3aaa
I am the Director of Operations at 3aaa and have been with the business since September 2013. I had a fantastic opportunity back in 2013 to join Peter and Di in supporting the business growth to where we are today. The passion they demonstrated really inspired me to join the great team at 3aaa and be a part of the journey.
I am proud to lead an outstanding team across our 38 locations across England delivering apprenticeships solutions for our customers. The operational teams consist of high-quality and industry experienced staff to deliver outstanding programmes to our apprentices and employers. The delivery is a mix of on-the-job training with classroom learning and other forms of off-the-job training, along with supporting the wider career development for apprentices.
The key focus for my role is putting our customers first by providing life-changing opportunities for them.
Your Background Prior to 3aaa
I started my career as a 16 year old Apprentice and progressed through various roles within training, assessment, management, quality and senior leadership, across a number of providers. During my 16 years within education, I have worked across numerous sectors including Automotive, IT, Accountancy, Social Media to name but a few. My background provides a unique set of experiences from both an apprentice and employer basis to understand how to support business focused solutions.
I have a proven track of record of delivering exemplary results and I am highly motivated to share my experiences to help the next generation of apprentices start their respective journey. I provide a clear focus on operational leadership and management to drive continuous improvement and development through the great teams within 3aaa. I am success driven and accustomed to working in a pressurised environment to tight schedules and new challenges.
I possess a keen and enthusiastic personality, excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage others.
How My Role Adds Value to our Partnering Clients
As a part of my role, I am responsible for offering not only options for direct delivery of appropriate apprenticeships, but a full end to end managed levy service of a multi million pound Levy pot. The management of a levy of this size means that engagement transcends the client and moves into partnership creation to ensure the clients’ satisfaction. By taking control of processes surrounding this and implementing an effective infrastructure, I am able to ensure agreed contractual goals.
What are your interests outside of work?
Outside of my family time…..lifelong New England Patriots fan through the bad and now great times. I have been to games in both London and America.
