I share my life with my partner Natalie, Mason (11), Isaac (2) and Wilson (6-month, puppy).
After working in the apprenticeship & development arena for over a decade, there have been many highlights. I was especially proud to be the World’s Youngest President of Junior Chamber International (JCI) as well as training hundreds of leaders across Europe as part of the European Leadership Academy, where I eventually lead a large training team as the Academy Head Coach.
For 3aaa to be the leading provider of apprenticeship solutions to the Public Sector market.
Add value – leave everything in a better state than you found it.
About your role at 3aaa
My role is to develop and drive 3aaa’s Public Sector strategy. I work with public sector organisations, and the wider stakeholder group, to develop innovative approaches towards programme design, procurement and engagement to ensure they maximise their Apprenticeship Levy so that the public sector gets a real return on the major investment.
Your Background Prior to 3aaa
In previous roles I have led teams across various disciplines within a training provider, including; Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Operations, Delivery, Corporate Functions, MIS and Compliance. This enables me to take a whole organisational approach for our clients whilst understanding the internal processes and requirements of a training provider, such as how to operate in the spirit of funding guidance and measure return on investment, I am therefore able to navigate our partners through, what can be a very complex system.
What are your interests outside of work?
Having a national remit at 3aaa means that time at home is at a premium and dedicated to the family. Fine dining, dark rums and single malts are also on the enjoyment list.
