About your role at 3aaa
My role at 3aaa is as an Account Manager with the focus being on one of 3aaa’s largest partners. My role aligns with my passion for stakeholder engagement and changing business cultures. Client relations is a huge part of my role, with the prime aim of identifying learning and development needs to individuals and the business as a whole.
I travel a lot in my role so that I am able to ensure that all engagement is of the highest standard.
Your Background Prior to 3aaa
I have been fortunate enough to have worked in many different sectors from Health & Safety, Environmental to Learning & Development and even as a freelance Business Development Consultant. I feel all of the above has led to me being in the perfect position to align all my skills and experiences and apply them to the 3aaa way.
How My Role Adds Value to our Partnering Clients
As a part of my role, I am responsible for offering not only options for direct delivery of appropriate apprenticeships, but a full end to end managed levy service of a multi million pound Levy pot. The management of a levy of this size means that engagement transcends the client and moves into partnership creation to ensure the clients’ satisfaction. By taking control of processes surrounding this and implementing an effective infrastructure, I am able to ensure agreed contractual goals.
What are your interests outside of work?
I have a passion for DIY; building, fixing and tinkering make me extremely happy. People who know me will say that I always have a project on the go! I like to keep active outside of work so alongside any projects I enjoy scenic walks. I also enjoy Music, Listening & Playing as well as various forms of Cinema.
