I am a Mum to a gorgeous little man called Matty as well as being engaged to quite simply an everyday hero, Dave who is a dedicated Police Sergeant.
Career Highlight
There has been so many from rolling out new qualifications to joining 3aaa. I will however always be proud of winning the 2005 Learning Provider Award at the Nottingham Training Network Awards back in my earlier years when I was an assessor.
Ambition
To look back and say that I was part of making apprenticeships the preferred educational route.

About your role at 3aaa
I am the Curriculum Lead for Leadership and Management and I’m currently developing the resources delivered by our experienced training team. In the main I work on the development of the product that helps reinforce the delivery of the qualifications. I am always coming up with new ideas to help support both the delegates and the management and leadership team from sales and marking material to classroom activities. Its exciting times for apprenticeships right now and I am lucky to be involved in supporting our team create the leaders of tomorrow.
Your Background Prior to 3aaa
Previous to being a mum and returning to the UK, I had the pleasure of working in Jersey on the Channel Islands. Working at the local college, I played a crucial part in rolling out new qualifications awarded by the Institute of Hospitality. Working in partnership with key players across various sectors, it enabled me to design course material that truly reflected the needs of both the island and individual organisations. I developed and facilitated lectures to managers and leaders from a variety of businesses, which in turn enabled the delegates to achieve their Diploma’s and embed the knowledge and skills gained practically into their everyday roles.
With tourism and hospitality being Jerseys second largest revenue stream, it was imperative that the college was able to offer the right qualifications to support the industry. I believe this experience will be invaluable to my current role with the management and leaderships standards being so new to us all and being able to contextualise a product to a variety of organisational requirements.
What are your interests outside of work?
Outside of work, I love being a mum and having a valid excuse to have a go in the ball pool or a sneaky go down the slide!
