3aaa Apprenticeship

3aaa Apprenticeships are a national training provider who give Ofsted Outstanding training to Apprentices of all ages in our 38 training academies across the country. Aimee Turner is just one of our Outstanding Apprentices, receiving high-quality training from the industry experts at the 3aaa Middlesbrough academy.
Aimee is a Digital Marketing Apprentice who works for Christian Alexander, a clothing boutique in Stockton on Tees.
The Apprenticeship route appealed to Aimee, after researching university and realising there was a lack of practical involvement throughout the course. She wanted to gain a qualification, whilst also gaining work experience, so she contacted 3aaa Apprenticeships.
After realising her passion for Digital Marketing, Aimee began to research Apprenticeships which appealed to her in this profession, which is when she came across the 3aaa Middlesbrough academy.
After doing some research on 3aaa and reading about the success of their Apprentices, it was clear to see why they were so popular…
In her day to day activities, no day is the same. Aimee spends her time maintaining their online store, creating and analysing email campaigns and posting social media, developing the technical4 knowledge she learns during her academy sessions with trainer and mentor, Rachel Thompson.
Despite fashion not being her forte, Aimee found the job role at Christian Alexander extremely exciting and leapt at the chance to develop her skills and knowledge with them.
The Apprenticeship has set me up for life. I have learnt skills that I will take with me in my future careers…
I would definitely recommend an Apprenticeship with 3aaa to someone. An Apprenticeship allows you to immediately put new skills and knowledge into practice in the workplace. You are working in a real working environment, gaining a qualification and a wage and building a career in a profession you enjoy.
The 3aaa team have been extremely helpful in getting me prepared for any interviews I may have had before my placement, they have worked with my best interests at heart and ensured that I am getting the best possible opportunities out of my Apprenticeship.
