An exciting opportunity to work in the Application Support Team delivering 2nd level support for Healthcare Patient Administration Systems, Clinical Information Systems and Healthcare Departmental Solutions has become available; resolving application incidents/problems and service requests in line with ITIL processes. This key role involves the end-to-end investigation, diagnosis & resolution of incidents, problems and service requests working collaboratively in a team environment, where these cannot be resolved by the 1st level support team.

The successful candidates will have good level of IT knowledge, ideally candidates who have studied IT as a chosen subject at GCSE and/or A Level. It is essential to have an understanding of how to deliver excellent customer service within an Application Support Environment.
