IS YOUR BUSINESS ELIGIBLE?
1) The Apprentice that you employ is aged between 16 and 24.
2) You have not recruited an Apprentice in the last 12 months that you haven’t claimed an AGE grant for.
3) You employ less than 50 people.
THE PROCESS
3aaa will submit paperwork to the Skills Funding Agency to support the AGE application for you. (If you are eligible and have recruited an Apprentice through us.) When your Apprentice reaches week 13 of their employment, the AGE Grant process automatically begins. Due to the administrative processes of the funding body, this payment may not reach us until week 26 of the Apprentice’s employment. Once we receive the payment, we will contact you and request that you send us an invoice for £1500 (No VAT). On receipt of the invoice, we will send you the payment within 30 working days.
