Amy Macfarlane – One of our award-winning Apprentices in Hull

We are proud to announce that one of our 3aaa Apprentices from our Hull training academy has won her category in this year’s One4all Spotlight Awards, held by One4All Rewards.

One4all Rewards work with companies of all sizes to motivate and reward employees, ensuring maximum productivity, staff retention and an enlightened workplace.

Amy Macfarlane is a Digital Marketing 3aaa Apprentice who works for META, a digital marketing and development agency. Her hard work and enthusiasm towards her job has lead to her winning the ‘Professional Services – Employee of the Year’ award.

Since the start of her Apprenticeship just five months ago, her time has been filled with predominantly PR related activities. On a daily basis, Amy is talking to both national and local journalists to secure coverage both digitally on websites and in print in newspapers and magazines that are relevant to their work.

The employer that is supporting Amy with her Apprenticeship in Digital Marketing and building a long-lasting career is digital marketing and development agency, META, based in Hull.

Ashely Williams, Head of SEO at META, commented on Amy’s role within the business:

“Amy has only been with the company for a short amount of time but she has already secured coverage for our clients in leading publications, such as The Telegraph, on HSBC’s website and Yahoo.”

META hired an Apprentice through 3aaa Apprenticeships as they wanted to find an individual who they could train and teach from the ground-up, meeting their specific needs.

META chose 3aaa Apprenticeships as their training provider as we could offer an Apprenticeship that matched their exact needs – Digital Marketing. After previously contacting other training providers but feeling unsatisfied or unsure, they were able to contact the 3aaa Apprenticeships Hull training academy, in which they were pro-active in helping META find the right Apprentice to join their team.

3aaa Apprenticeships would like to congratulate Amy on her achievement of becoming Employee of the Year in the Professional Services category and we hope to see more of our high-quality Apprentices work with our Outstanding employers to create award-winning Apprenticeships.
