Easiwebs was setup by successful 3aaa Apprentice, Louis Watson, following the completion of his Level 4 IT Apprenticeship. Louis chose to do an Apprenticeship in order to get his foot into the web design industry as he saw it as the best way to gain skills, whilst doing the job he loves.
Discussing his experience on the programme, he said:
“I was able to regularly visit the academy for classroom sessions, as well as getting regular visits from my trainer who helped me to complete my work to an outstanding standard. The academy sessions provided me with a fantastic opportunity to ask for help where needed.”
After going on to start his own business through the skills he’d developed, Louis felt that his time with 3aaa had given him the confidence to take on such a big challenge. During his Apprenticeship, Louis advanced his skills within the field of web design, as well as working on his customer service skills.
Now, Louis confidently talks to his clients, working closely with them on their requirements and then bringing their vision to reality and ensuring that they’re happy with the end product. One of the most important factors of his time with 3aaa to Louis was his trainer and assessor – commending their commitment in taking the time to help manage his work when it came to planning what needed to be done and when, as time management is a valuable skill.
