3aaa Apprenticeship

Well the sunshine is now out (albeit briefly), our Apprenticeship Levy sales team is beautifully formed and out in the market place. We have advertised for 10 Project Managers to support the initial stages of implementation, so £1 million invested and the Levy hasn’t even started yet.
What have we been doing and what are we finding ?
We have a focused strategy for sales which is going better than can be expected. We have a targeted pipeline of £50 million of annualised income and we are already signing up clients to our Apprenticeship Levy proposition. For the first year, we have targeted 20 new clients, enough to be challenging but with a focus on high quality implementation. Our project managers will play a key role in our success and we will be welcoming them on board during September and October. 3aaa already have 5 clients signed up for our Levy offer and will be shortly commencing our work on aligning their people development strategies to how the Levy can be mapped onto these activities.
Higher level Apprenticeships at level 5, 6 and 7 will become key and we have been negotiating a joint venture partnership with a leading University to expand our offer to meet our clients needs so watch this space. August won’t be a month of holidays for us, plenty of client meetings in the diary and more Levy clients signed up whilst lots of our competitors take a break.
There is a real prospect of our order book being full by October and we are simply not going to sell for the sake of it – successful implementation is key. We are also finalising our first Levy client seminar and lunch for September, for which the date and venue to be announced shortly. All of our clients who have ‘signed up’ will be invited to this exclusive event with an acclaimed lunch time speaker with significant experience of Apprenticeships in the corporate world.
So the message is clear – don’t hesitate to sign up to the 3aaa Apprenticeship Levy service. The clock is ticking and 1 April will be upon us very soon.
