3aaa Apprenticeship

At 3aaa Apprenticeships, we pride ourselves on offering a national service with a local approach. All of our 38 state-of-the-art training academies work closely with local communities, providing high-quality training to individuals and existing employees for businesses of all sizes.
Back in 2016, the 3aaa Bristol team were introduced to James Westacott, who was looking to start a career in IT. Unfortunately, he came to them with below the minimum requirements, needing a functional skill equivalent and some employability sessions before enrolling on a Level 3 Apprenticeship.
The team at the 3aaa Apprenticeships Bristol academy worked to find a training provider who James could be partnered with to ensure he was ready for a Level 3 programme. He was then introduced to t2 Apprenticeships.
t2 Apprenticeships work with young people through a series of engaging sessions, upskilling in Maths and English and building their interview skills.
Once James had spent some time with t2, developing his employability and functional skills, he was then referred back to the 3aaa Bristol academy for them to work with him, attend employability sessions, work on his CV and mentor him whilst in the workplace and in his academy sessions.
Recently, James spoke about his experience with 3aaa so far;
“3aaa Apprenticeships have been great at helping to find the right Apprenticeship for me, and their passion and dedication to placing me with the right employer is consistent. They are always there if I need advice or guidance during my Apprenticeship.”
It is fantastic to see two training providers work together to give a young person like James the opportunities to build a career in a profession he enjoys. We work to provide an excellent Apprenticeship experience for the employers and Apprentices we work with.
