After meeting and interviewing one of our high-quality candidates, Regional Recruitment Services chose to hire Hannah Grant in mid-2016 and place her on our in-depth Level 3 Digital Marketer programme as their first Digital Marketing Apprentice.

Aaron Dupre, Systems & Communications Manager at Regional Recruitment Services, said when discussing the impact of Apprentices on the business:

Hannah joined the team in July 2016 after completing her college studies and wanting to continue learning without having to go to university. Originally looking to pursue a career in graphic design, Hannah had a change of heart after completing her A Levels, choosing to go down the marketing route and look for a position in a commercial organisation. The Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship seemed like a good fit.

The opportunity at RRS presented an ideal match for Hannah with the capacity to stretch her learning; the recruitment sector is fast paced and highly competitive, and RRS is very reliant on creating a unique sales proposition by fully utilising digital technology.

Hannah Grant, when asked about her personal experience with 3aaa:

Having the opportunity to further her education by completing a Digital Marketing Apprenticeship in a professional business environment has helped increase Hannah’s confidence and resilience, which are highly sought-after characteristics by employers of today’s standard.

Hannah completed her Level 3 Digital Marketer programme in July of 2017 and was offered a permanent position at RRS. She has since gone on to complete her Level 4 Level 4 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship and has recently brought her own home. At 20 years old this is an incredible achievement.

Aaron described the Hannah’s contribution to the business: “Hannah regularly utilises skills learnt through her apprenticeship with 3aaa. An example being our email marketing campaigns. Following best practices and advanced inbound strategies. Hannah has been able to personify our brand perfectly, increase our exposure, and most importantly generate more quality leads into our sales process. We now measure more data than ever when it comes to online presence and this is largely down to Hannah’s proactive work on social media and our website. Hannah has catapulted our social media engagement statistics, using strategies she learnt at the college.”
