Following the programme, Apprentices will cover digital security and, more specifically, knowledge and understanding on the technologist route.
Over the course of the Level 4 Apprenticeship, participants will cover topics such as cyber security, network and digital communications theory, security case development and design good practice, security technology building blocks and employment of cryptology.
Cyber Security Introduction
Within this module, participants will learn essential knowledge foundations for the majority of cyber security roles, including basic security theory, security concepts, cyber defence and keeping up with future trends.
Networking and Digital Communications Theory

Security Case Development and Design Good Practice
Building on what good practice in design is and how it may contribute to security, participants will describe common security architectures that incorporate security hardware and software components.
Security Technology Building Blocks
