Course Overview

Our level 4 Business Administration Apprenticeship has been designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills to effectively manage business operations. This Apprenticeship equips you with the fundamentals of business administration so you can build a career as a business administrator.

During this 15-month Apprenticeship, you will cover modules in the workplace, giving you the technical skills and transferable knowledge which can be directly applied to your workplace activities.

Learning & Assessment

This Apprenticeship will last for 15-months, with you receiving high-quality mentoring from a dedicated industry expert from your local 3aaa Apprenticeships academy.

This Business Administration programme is delivered entirely in the workplace, learning the theory behind the practical tasks you will carry out in the workplace, the fundamentals of Business Administration and gain an in-depth knowledge of the industry.

Are you eligible?

To be accepted into the 3aaa Apprenticeships’ applicant pool, you must hold 5 GCSEs (graded A* to C or 9 to 5) or equivalent.

This must include English and Maths and you must demonstrate a proven passion for business.

Hire an Apprentice

Hire a Business Administration Apprentice

Hiring a Business Administration Apprentice will support your business’ functions and operations, proving internal and external assistance.

We can work with you to source a suitable applicant for your business or you can up-skill your existing employees. If the employee is under 18 years of age and your business has less than 50 employees, there will be no cost for the training. If they are over 19 and/or your business has over 50 employees, they you will be required to contribute 10% towards the cost of training.

Did you know that you could claim back the National Insurance Contributions for your Apprentices depending on their age? If your business has hired an Apprentice since 6th April 2016, who is aged under 25 and is enrolled on an Apprenticeship, you can claim back your National Insurance Contributions for them. Depending on the salary of your Apprentice, this could amount to a significant saving. By changing your employer contribution category for Apprentices who meet these criteria you will save your business money.
