Course Overview
Our City and Guilds Level 4 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship will expand on the fundamentals of Digital Marketing to develop a deeper understanding of how social media, email and website marketing can be used as strategic business growth tools.
Throughout the Level 4 Apprenticeship, participants will be taught to use messaging that will directly appeal to target markets, understand and implement the fundamentals of retention marketing through digital channels and gain a wider understanding of marketing planning.
As Apprentices look to progress their marketing careers, this programme gives them the knowledge and experience of marketing management to take forward into a success marketing career.
Learning & Assessment
This Apprenticeship lasts for 12 months, with Apprentices receiving 10 weeks’ worth of training from their 3aaa trainer in one of our 38 training academies.
During the academy sessions, Apprentices will cover a variety of modules depending on their specific job roles and responsibilities. You will learn the theory behind the practical tasks in your workplace, the fundamentals of Digital Marketing and gain an in-depth knowledge of the industry.

Individual employers will set the selection criteria, but this is likely to include; A levels, a level 3 Apprenticeship or other relevant qualification, relevant experience and/or an aptitude test.
You must also have a proven passion for marketing.

Hire a Digital Marketing Apprentice
Hiring a Digital Marketing Apprentice will support your business’s marketing needs, providing internal and external support.
We can work with you to source a suitable applicant for your business or you can up-skill your existing employees. If the employee is under 19 and your business had less than 50 employees, there will be no cost for the training. If they are over 19 and/or your business has over 50 employees then you will contribute 10% towards the cost of the training.

Did you know that you could claim back the National Insurance Contributions for your Apprentices depending on their age? If your business has hired an Apprentice since 6th April 2016, who is aged under 25 and is enrolled on an Apprenticeship, you can claim back your National Insurance Contributions for them. Depending on the salary of your Apprentice, this could amount to a significant saving. By changing your employer contribution category for Apprentices who meet these criteria you will save your business money.
