About your role at 3aaa
As the Director of Quality & Performance, I am responsible for the overall performance and success of apprenticeships across the clusters and levy with 3aaa.
I work as part of the senior team to ensure that the company provides innovative, responsive, flexible delivery solutions that meet the needs of all of our customers whilst providing high standards of Quality, Teaching, Learning and Development opportunities.
As part of my role, I am also the Designated Safeguarding Lead for 3aaa.
Your Background Prior to 3aaa
I have worked within training and development for over 20 years in both the private and the public sector.
I initially started as an assessor in the late 90’s working for a private training provider delivering apprenticeships within the hospitality sector, I became addicted to training and have continued to develop individuals and myself since this time.
I have undertaken a number of roles in, Quality Assurance, Teacher Training and Management before taking on the role of Cluster Director for the Service industries & Visitor Economy back in 2012 at a Nottingham College and prior to joining 3aaa I was Director for Business Development & Employer Engagement and Managing Director for Vision Apprentices.
I have been with 3aaa for two years.
In 2008, I was sponsored on an MBA programme through the University of Derby which I successfully completed over three years alongside my role, this was a great achievement and has thoroughly supported by career development over the last 10 years.
How your role and skills enhance our service and add value to our partnering clients
As someone who is a role I am truly passionate about, success is only evident when our customers return or recommend the service we have provided.
As a business, we are willing to listen and take on board feedback that will drive continuous improvement benefitting all those that we serve.
I am fortunate to have an outstanding team that are equally passionate about the roles they undertake which sees us striving for outstanding delivery at all times.

What are your interests outside of work?
I am married with an 11-year-old daughter, therefore my interest outside of work revolve around them. I love to travel and am a firm believer if you work hard, make sure the rewards follow.
