Course Overview

Our Level 3 Technology programme focuses on providing training to employees, based on business needs. Over the 12-month programme, Apprentices will cover topics which will give them the knowledge and skills to support growth within an organisation.

This programme accommodates the needs of an organisation, with participants developing existing and new skills whilst learning how to maintain ICT equipment and systems, the fundamentals of cabling and wireless connectivity and the configuration of remote management systems.

Learning & Assessment

This programme lasts for 12 months, with participants receiving training sessions during the initial stages of the programme. We will liaise with employers and Apprentices to establish a timetable for these sessions before the start of the programme to allow all stakeholders to plan in advance, reducing disruption in the workplace.
