What is an Apprenticeship?
An Apprenticeship is a mix of on-the-job training with classroom learning, whilst earning a wage at the same time. You’ll be able to gain the skills you need for your chosen career path.
Apprenticeships bring with them a whole world of opportunity. Did you know that over 90% of Apprentices go full-time or into further training once they’ve completed their Apprenticeship? With our programmes ranging from Level 2 (equivalent to a GCSE qualification) all the way up to Level 7 (equivalent to a Master’s Degree), the possible pathways available mean that an Apprenticeship can supply you with the fundamental skills that will allow you to progress onto high performing roles and opportunities within your dream job. We’ll help you through every step of your Apprenticeship journey.

2. Digital Marketing
If you’re looking to begin your career within marketing, our Level 3 Digital Marketer and Level 4 Digital Marketing programmes will allow you to begin your career within the digital marketing domain. Programmes suitable for those looking to start as a Digital Marketing Assistant, Social Media Executive and more.
3. Finance and Accounting
Our Finance and Accounting programmes provide the perfect opportunity to get started within the financial and accounting world. Our Level 3 Assistant Accountant and our Level 4 Professional Accounting Technician programmes are a fantastic gateway into accounting which will allow you to propel yourself into the world of accountancy. Ideal for those looking to start out as a Junior Accountant, Payroll Assistant or Accounts Clerk.
4. Professional Services
Professional Services is another area in which we offer a range of programmes. From Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner and Level 3 Business Administration, these programmes are perfect for those looking to start their career as a customer service administrator, personal assistant and more.

Where are our academies?
We have 38 outstanding academies across England, ranging from Southampton to Newcastle, where you can experience our award-winning programmes for yourself. You can find your nearest academy here.
If you’d like to come and visit one of our academies, we’re hosting recruitment days during the Whitsun holidays to help you look at your next steps. You’ll be able to get a tour of our facilities, meet our friendly academy staff and find out more about 3aaa and our programmes. We’ll have careers advisors on-hand to help pick the right programme for you, get interview techniques and look at writing your CV. These events will be taking place between 10th May and 31st May, you can find out more about your local event here.
How do I apply?
While A Level and GCSE results days will be coming up on 16th and 23rd August, there is no deadline to apply for an Apprenticeship through 3aaa which means that you can get in touch today. Once you have your results, there are multiple ways that you can apply. By getting in touch with your local academy, our expert team will work with you to find your perfect job role, supporting you with your CV, interview tips and more along the way.
