Rotherham United manager Paul Warne was named the Sky Bet League One Manager of the Month in December 2017, following his industry leading Level 5 Operations Manager training from 3aaa Apprenticeships. Watch Paul talk about his success in the video below.
3aaa have a strong relationship with Rotherham United having been a main sponsor for many years, and we work very closely with them to provide them Apprentices and to be able to deliver our Team Leader programmes.
Our Team Leader programmes range from Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor to Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager, with Level 6 Chartered Manager in currently in development. We work closely with the managers at Rotherham United FC to ensure that sports leadership and managerial skills are embedded into all of their employees in Rotherham.
After initially starting their management sessions with 3aaa in November 2017, it’s fantastic news for Paul personally and the rest of the club that positive results are being produced. We look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.
